Paragon Search Group is Expanding: We hired another Biotech Recruiter

We are proud to announce that Eddie Hills will be rejoining Paragon Search Group (PSG) after two years of working for our sister company Celere Talent. Eddie brings with him over 12 years of experience in Biotech Recruiting with a specific focus in process development, manufacturing, CMC, project management, and quality.

Eddie has worked with clients across the country and has had a lot of success lately in California, Seattle, and Pharm Country. “We are really excited to have Eddie back at Paragon. He’s seen a lot of success in his career and he brings with him over a dozen years of experience and a proven track record in both permanent and contract recruiting within Biotech”, says Justin Rayment, President of Paragon Search Group. “He was one of our first employees and has been instrumental in growing Paragon Search Group into what it is today!”
